Auto King Japan specializes in sourcing and exporting new and used vehicles from Japan to international customers. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

In these terms, “Auto King Japan,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Auto King Japan. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or business using our website or purchasing our services.

2. Vehicle Listings and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, mileage, and other listing information are accurate.

However, vehicle availability, prices, specifications, mileage, and condition may change without notice. Photographs and online descriptions are provided for reference and should be reviewed alongside the relevant inspection reports and sales documentation.

All vehicle purchases are subject to confirmation by Auto King Japan and the terms stated in the applicable quotation or Proforma Invoice.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Vehicle prices may be quoted under different international shipping terms, including FOB, CFR, and CIF.

The applicable quotation will specify the agreed price, shipping arrangements, destination port, payment requirements, and any additional charges included in the transaction.

Unless expressly included in the written quotation, prices may exclude destination customs duties, import taxes, port handling charges, customs clearance, registration fees, inland transportation, and other local expenses.

Quotations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Auto King Japan.

4. Shipping Terms

4.1 FOB (Free On Board)

Under FOB terms, the quoted price generally covers the agreed costs up to loading the vehicle onto the vessel at the designated port of shipment, subject to the agreed contract and applicable Incoterms.

Ocean freight and destination charges are generally excluded.

4.2 CFR (Cost and Freight)

Under CFR terms, the quoted price includes the cost of the vehicle and the agreed ocean freight to the named destination port. Marine insurance is not included unless separately agreed.

4.3 CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Under CIF terms, the quoted price includes the vehicle, agreed ocean freight, and marine insurance as specified in the contract.

Insurance coverage, insured value, exclusions, and claims procedures are subject to the applicable insurance policy.

The precise allocation of costs, risks, and responsibilities will be determined by the agreed contract and applicable Incoterms.

5. Reservation and Payment

Vehicle reservations and payment arrangements are subject to the written quotation, Proforma Invoice, or other order confirmation issued by Auto King Japan.

The reservation period, required deposit, balance payment deadline, and any cancellation conditions will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

A reservation may be cancelled if the customer fails to meet the agreed payment deadline, subject to the applicable agreement and any mandatory legal requirements.

Payments must be made using the authorized payment instructions provided by Auto King Japan.

Accepted Payment Methods

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T or Wire Transfer): Bank transfer is an accepted payment method. Customers should verify the beneficiary details before transferring funds.

Letter of Credit (L/C): Letters of Credit may be accepted for selected transactions and countries, subject to prior approval and mutually agreed terms.

Customers may be asked to provide payment confirmation or a remittance receipt to help verify payment and facilitate export documentation.

Payment Security

Auto King Japan maintains an official bank account for customer transactions. Payment instructions should be verified through our official website or authorized invoice.

We do not authorize payments to personal accounts, third-party companies, or unverified bank accounts. If you receive unexpected payment instructions, contact us through our official contact details before transferring funds.

6. Shipping and Export Documentation

Shipping arrangements will be initiated in accordance with the agreed order terms and payment schedule.

Once the applicable payment and export requirements have been satisfied, Auto King Japan will arrange the agreed export procedures and provide the relevant shipping documents.

Documents may include the Bill of Lading, export certificate, commercial invoice, and other documents required for the transaction or destination country.

Original documents may be dispatched through a courier service where applicable. Document availability and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping schedule and relevant authorities.

7. Import Regulations and Customs

Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements of their destination country before purchasing a vehicle.

These requirements may include:

• Vehicle age and eligibility restrictions.

• Emissions, safety, and roadworthiness standards.

• Import duties, taxes, and other government charges.

• Customs clearance and registration requirements.

• Import permits, inspections, and required certifications.

Auto King Japan is not responsible for a customer’s failure to comply with destination-country import laws or for additional costs imposed by destination authorities, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

8. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Customers should review the available vehicle descriptions, photographs, inspection reports, and other relevant information before confirming an order.

Used vehicles may show normal wear, previous repairs, or other condition-related issues. Any representations, warranties, exclusions, and inspection arrangements applicable to a particular vehicle will be stated in the relevant sales documentation.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted to Auto King Japan in writing.

Refund eligibility, deductions, and processing arrangements depend on the applicable order agreement, the stage of the transaction, third-party costs already incurred, and applicable law.

Any non-refundable fees or cancellation charges must be disclosed and agreed upon where required by law.

Customers should contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order or report a payment issue.

10. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Shipping schedules and estimated arrival dates are subject to vessel availability, port operations, customs procedures, weather, transport disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing, and nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
